New Part Process Development
During development period, components drawings tolerances, features and its applications are thoroughly understood from customer. If conversion is required from say, mm to inches, we do convert these dimensions. UniTech is preparing itself to deploy & failure effective analysis, during the phase of development. In next stage, once the process is defined, work instructions, control plans are prepared. In phase of pilot batch production activities all process & critical parameters are defined and are closely monitored and recorded. In phase of, process validation, if correction is required, corrective actions are made. Submission of pilot batch with PAAP
